Apex Housing Association is proposing to deliver a social housing development comprising of 98 new homes.
Our Proposals
The proposals seek to deliver a high-quality social housing development comprising of 94 No. semi-detached dwellings and 4 No. apartments, open space, landscaping, car parking, associated site works and access arrangements from Upper Galliagh Road (98 No. residential units in total).
Where is the Proposed Site?
The site is located on land to the east of 24 & 26 Upper Galliagh Road (south of Beraghhill Road), Derry~Londonderry (the land forms part of residential designation H1B of the Derry Area Plan 2011) and measures approximately 3.39 hectares.

Who is the Applicant?
